4. How to choose material? 304 316 or 2205?
Although not visible to the naked eye the variance between different grades of stainless steel lies in its composition. As steel is naturally corrosive, different elements are added to make it stainless. The industry standard for inerior use is a 304 grade stainless steel. In comparision 316 stainless steel contains 2% molybdenum to make the material more resistant to corrosion caused cracks, tension and pitting.
For outdoor use we normally recommend 316 grade stainless steel as the tougher composition gives better resistance in these harsh environments.
For swimming pools, coastal areas, Highco Metal can provide a wide range of components in stainless steel 2205 grade.

Usually 30-40 days for regular orders. Please ask us for urgent orders.

Yes, of course. According to samples, we can make drawing, tooling and sample.
